You’ll need to do some traveling to find the place, but at least the author has included the city coordinates with the map. Strangely, you don’t automatically spawn in the heart of the city on this Modern City map. There are other maps which provide construction templates just like this one too.
So, if you’re looking to make a modern city map of your own, you’ll probably want to download this one while you have a chance.
Only the train station and major shopping center are separated from the rest of the construction here, and what you see on the map doesn’t look anything like a city.
It has a wide variety of buildings all packed into a small area, as if it was specifically made for players to copy and paste buildings. What would make for a better modern cityscape in Minecraft than the Modern City 2015 map? Considering you can rip the buildings, vehicles, shops and other construction out of this map and paste them into another to create whatever you want, this Modern City Map is actually pretty nice.
